Do I own the code?
The intention is that you own the code written for your project. Exact terms are set out in the agreement for each engagement.
Can you work on software someone else built?
Yes. That is the Rescue and Extension routes. We start with a review so we both know what we are dealing with.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope. After discovery we can give an estimate for a first release and explain what drives it.
What if I do not know what technology I need?
That is normal. Describe the problem; choosing the technology is part of our job, and we explain the trade-offs in plain English.
Do you offer support after launch?
Ongoing support can be discussed once software is live. Scope and response expectations are agreed in writing.
